Batis Aramin and Avengers

Tests? Seatwork? Class discussions? What's  this past week made of? Well its a little bit of everything as usual. It's ironic how I see each week as uniquely different from the rest but then I describe it like there's nothing really  different in each. Anyway like what I said the week was still pretty much school centered and as much as I remembered we had one long test in social and a couple of quizzes in other subjects; and also we have tons of projects that need to be finished and I really don't know how I will finish all of them but we'll see about that.

Now enough of the casual things and on to the I'd say much more interesting and unique part of the week. This Friday, April 27, we went to an educational field trip and it was not sooooo great but it was fun. For our field trip we went to Batis Aramin in Lucban, Quezon. Going there required great effort really because we had to wake up really early and in my case I almost did not sleep; also the road we took going there is zig-zag and I was at the back so I felt really really dizzy and so to lessen it I had to sort of sleep. When I woke up first thing I saw was the mountain, Mt. Banahaw and it was near from the place. Also the place as I expected it was good facilities wise (exclude the shower rooms) and the place itself was really uhmm inviting? It was smelled so fresh as a rural would,  unlike the city where we came from which is sooo polluted.

At first we had our orientation by Sir John [coincidece :) ]. After that we had another orientation and then finally we did the activities. We did a 50 feet rappel, zip-line, wall climbing and a bunch of other activities. (Until now I'm debating with myself if the rappel was really 50 ft). After that we had lunch and it was pretty good. Then came the fun part, well not really, SWIMMING! I am really not into swimming as I do not know how but after that day I think I know now how to swim. Oh just to add the water was really really cold. It was so cold even though its like 1 or 12 in the afternoon.

Going home everyone was pretty much tired and the bus was kind of silent as everyone was sleeping;but then after a few hours people started waking up and talking. The bus ride going home was really fun. I didn't know Sung Jic was that funny and it seems like he's not even trying to make us laugh. He really is like Song Chan. When I reached home I fixed my bag and went strait to bed and slept for I think 12-13 hours; had to catch up with the lack of sleep.

Also yesterday, Saturday, I went to atc to watch avengers but then all of the tickets are sold out. So we ended up splitting up. Jerry and his house mates went home :( while miss Mae, me, Renzo, Sung Jic, Tony, and Mika went to festival hoping we can watch avengers there. Fortunately there were still tickets for the avengers. The movie I'd say wasn't the movie of the year but it was good. Also before hulk was like the last hero on my list but after watching avengers he's now number one! He's soo cool and funny hahaha! All in all the movie was good and a must-watch for me. Going home it was really late and yet again Sung Jic was not loosing energy just by speaking and he did make the day more fun also alongside with the rest of the people who came.

To sum up the whole past week was really not bad in fact I'd say it was really good. I know the week ahead would not be as fun but we'll see about that.

:) Smile Always :)
